• Ensure weather conditions are favourable.
• Test water quality and correct accordingly!
• Check spray equipment, nozzles, filters etc.
• Always use quality registered product.
• Do not spray when wind exceeds 5 km/h.
• Avoid extremely low moisture conditions.
• Check calibration regularly.
• Seed treatment with APRON XL to protect seedlings!!!!!
• Consider new generation Insecticides e.g. Ampligo!

General weed notes

• Use ONLY quality non selective systemic herbicides!
• ROUNDUP TURBO
• MAMBA DMA
• SLASH 540
• TOUCHDOWN FORTE
• Always use Power up or Velocity Glypho with Glyphosates!!!
• Determine dosage according to weed size!
• Use 2,4D (500 ml per ha!) preferred over MCPA
• 80 to 150 litre water per ha!
• Flat-fan nozzles for herbicide application.
• pH never lower than 4.5!!
